We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery. There are some tasks you can do, such as health reviews, using our online forms.
Our doctors and nurses run a comprehensive service including:
- Antenatal – community midwife
- Asthma clinic – practice nurse, if you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms, please complete our online Asthma review form
- CHD and hypertension clinic – healthcare assistant
- Childhood immunisations – practice nurses
- COPD clinic – practice nurse, if you have been advised by the surgery to submit a COPD assessment, please complete our online COPD assessment form
- CPN – community psychiatric nurse
- Diabetic clinic – health care assistant/doctor/practice nurse
- Health promotion and family planning – if you have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review, please complete our online contraceptive pill review form
- Minor surgery – Dr Kanhaiya and healthcare assistant
- Postnatal – practice nurse and doctor
- ECGs and 24 hour BP monitoring is also carried out at the surgery
Holiday vaccinations
You can telephone for travel advice on vaccinations necessary for your destination using the master helpline on 09068 224100. Once you have obtained the necessary vaccine information, you will be able to book an appointment with one of our nurses fully prepared with the knowledge on the vaccinations needed.
