Suggestions, Comments and Complaints
Our aim is to provide the highest level of care for all our patients. We will always be willing to hear if there is any way that you think that we can improve the service we provide. If you would like to give us any feedback or wish to make a complaint, please complete our Feedback and Complaints Triage.
Complaints will be dealt with promptly.
The surgery does have an in-house complaints procedure.
A policy is available on request. Information can be obtained from the practice manager or reception staff.
We encourage all complaints to be directed to the surgery at the first available opportunity to able to us resolve the problem first.
